Bufflonne D’Argental
Beautiful bloomy rind, dense and creamy paste with fresh & distinctive flavours. Handmade in the Bergamo region of Italy from the best buffalo milk. Dreamy.. you’ll just fall in love with this one
Cote Hill Blue
Blue cheese that has a wonderful balance between the rich creaminess of the milk and peppery bite from the P.Rockeforti mould. A creamy, sometimes runny texture.
Garstang White

Chauorce
Soft-ripened, creamy and a little bit crumbly, non-elastic texture. Surrounded by a white velvety rind. Best served with champagne darlings!!
