Barkham Blue

Barkham Blue is made by the Two Hoots Cheese Co, Wokingham. Matured for five to six weeks, and made from pasteurised Cannel Island milk giving a high butterfat content. This cheese has a rich smooth taste with a buttery texture with a savoury note from the blue – green veining. Barkham Blue cheese has won a number of prestigious awards including the World Cheese award and makes it an absolute must for your cheese board.
