Brie De Meaux with Black Truffle

Hand poured in layers and then matured for 6-8 weeks, black truffle added for the perfect treat.  Brie de Meaux starts firmish yet supple and as it warms and matures it will begin to bulge before eventually collapsing into a wonderfully gooey Brie. Here at the Crumbly Cheese we love Brie De Meaux with its very aromatic, smooth rich flavour and fantastic changes in texture.
