Reserve Lancashire

Made in the same way as its Creamy counterpart, Park Head Farm, Tasty Lancashire (Reserve Lancashire) is matured for up to 24 months. A more complex flavoured cheese, Tasty Lancashire has the ability to deliver a rather strong kick. With a slightly firmer paste than Creamy Lancashire this cheese has a wonderful fully rounded flavour that delivers a good sharp, strong finish. Ideal on any cheese board or the main attraction to a good cheese and onion pie.
