Dolcelatte, meaning sweet milk, is sometimes referred to as Gorgonzola Dolce. A blue veined Italian soft cheese with a nice sweet taste and is a milder option to Gorgonzola and is made from the curd from one milking. Aged for two to three months and made from cow’s milk giving it a much milder, sweet taste. Very popular at The Crumbly Cheese!
