Lanark Blue is the famous Scottish Mould ripened cheese.  Often described as Scotlands Roquefort. Matured slowly in the cool moist atmosphere of the old stone-built cheese rooms then moulded by hand and allowed to mature for three months. There is a depth, strength and complexity with lanark Blue.  When young it conjures up fresh grass with the delicate sweetness.
