Rustique Camembert

Camembert is a soft cow’s milk cheese which is produced in Normandy using unpasteurised milk.  Once made the cheese is left to mature for at least three weeks.  This gives the cheese a distinctive white rind and a wonderful creamy interior.  Camembert has a deeper and more earthy and intense flavour than a traditional brie.
