Shropshire Blue

A creamy smooth texture, semi hard cheese with a tangy flavour from the Cropwell Bishop Dairy. A little drier and slightly sharper than Stilton. Shropshire blue has a golden russett coating and is still made by hand. This cheese is fast becoming a British favourite and definatly with The Crumbly Cheese.
